DAS-64D is a high-performance anti-static TPU from Dingzhi Polymer, applicable for both injection molding and extrusion molding processes. It features stable and long-lasting anti-static performance with surface resistivity of 10³⁻⁵ Ω, combined with excellent abrasion resistance, tough tear strength and robust tensile strength. This functional TPU is an ideal material for manufacturing wires, cables, electronic accessories, equipment covers, gaskets and medical catheters, perfectly meeting the anti-static and mechanical performance requirements of industrial and medical application scenarios.

Our anti-static TPU is modified via melt blending of built-in permanent anti-static modifiers with TPU polymer matrix. Functional components form an internal continuous conductive network to rapidly dissipate surface static charge (instead of surface coating), ensuring anti-static performance remains unimpaired by friction, wear, cleaning or long-term use for lasting stability.
· Injection molding (electronic accessories, casters, suction cups): DAS-64D–high hardness, superior abrasion resistance, fits high-precision molding and long service life demands.
· Extrusion (wires/cables, medical catheters, pipes): DAS-90A–excellent extrudability and flexibility, retains anti-static effect in continuous extrusion or secondary forming.
· Adhere to recommended temperatures to avoid conductive network degradation by overheating.
· Stabilize molding pressure and cooling rate to prevent network disconnection from uneven flow, ensuring uniform anti-static performance on the whole product.
· Realize one-piece molding of anti-static and mechanical performance: no extra post-processing (e.g., anti-static coating), shortening processes and cutting labor or material costs.
· Compatible with conventional TPU processing equipment: no special modification needed, enabling fast production line switching and higher efficiency.
