A wide range of hardness allows for customized soft and hard zones (e.g., a slightly harder band body and a more flexible buckle connection).
- Hypoallergenic formula (ISO 10993 dermatologically tested) prevents sweating, redness, or itching during prolonged wear.
Taber abrasion resistance (H18 wheel) ≤ 50mg/1000 times, far exceeding that of ordinary rubber (≥100mg).
- UV resistant (QUV 500h with no noticeable discoloration), preventing yellowing or brittleness during outdoor use.
- Density 1.12-1.18g/cm³**, 20% lighter than silicone, reducing wrist strain.
- Tensile strength ≥ 30MPa, preventing deformation or cracking in the buckle hole from prolonged insertion and removal. - The surface can be finished in matte, glossy, or with an anti-fingerprint finish to enhance the quality.
